RATES – RENTAL – 2024 (subject to change without notice)

From Tuesday to Friday

*4-hour block shop closed: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. / 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

*4-hour block of open shop: 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SATURDAY

*4-hour block of open shop: between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Day rates: $250 + tax

Evening and Sunday rate: $375 + tax

*These rates are for 4-hour blocks. A surcharge will be charged pro rata for any additional time used. You have 30 minutes free of charge before your activity to set up and 30 minutes free of charge afterward to clean up and clean up if necessary.

The liquor license (if applicable) is the responsibility of the room tenant.

Reservation deposit of $60 + tax is non-refundable. *IMPORTANT* The reservation is only effective once the deposit has been paid.

The works exhibited remain on the wall at all times.

The space must be returned in the condition in which it was taken. The rates indicated do not include cleaning service.

Included: Sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (domestic),

40 chairs

If additional equipment is required, it is the responsibility of the tenant.
